Today at work I made a giant tray of vegan brownies and vegan buttercream. Unfortunately its iced to order so you'll have to make due with two separate pictures.
I tasted a bit of each and it's soooooooo good. Omg. I surprise myself every day. :)

I am working on a vegan brownie recipe. I have the basics done successfully. Adding a few more ingredients is a science. Trying to get my version of the perfect energizing snack.

I have also run out of "butter". Luckily coconut oil worked very well as a substitute. Fun fact: For those of you experimenting with coconut oil and its many uses, did you know the difference between refined and virgin? Virgin will leave all your recipes tasting like coconut. Not something I like all the time. Refined, especially if the label reads "refined unscented" will not bother the integrity of your food.

What I really want to work on once I do get butter is a vegan buttercream.

And honestly what I'm absolutely dying to make are vegan marshmallows. Cause I've got big plans baby!! But I'm playing the waiting game.

Vegan no cheese pizza and peanut butter cookies with chocolate chips. I made the pizza dough from scratch.
Only reason I went with no cheese is cause I was too lazy to buy any. Although one day I want to make my own.

Twice this month I've caught people imitating; stealing. One, I've somewhat blocked from my posts. The other can't be helped as shes set for failure.
Honestly, I'm not that paranoid but bizarre events have come afoot. Like someone talking to me after... 6 years? No way.
You see, a tiger cannot change its stripes. People have put me down out of jealousy, as if I were scum. But it is you who is. Especially when put in front of Hashem himself.

I saw someone online do a farmers walk. Yesterday at the gym I grabbed the biggest kettlebells I could find and did it. Pretty easy. Maybe I should have went bigger and used dumbbells. Lifting 44 pounds in each hand, total of 88 seemed too light. Meh.

We were snowed in today. We missed work. So I decided to work on a little cozy project myself. Home made vegan chocolate chip orange cookies. They taste like a chocolate chip cookie but they also taste like those chocolate oranges people crack open for the holidays.

I've gotta admit, it wasn't the only indulgence at home... I got to snuggle with my cats.

Sometimes I still try to figure out myself. I've been watching a lot of videos on dyslexia. I have it. I've known since I was a kid. Often feeling stupid.
The truth is, people and educators are so ignorant on the subject that I always felt like I didn't matter.

Instead there are a lot of scams out there for other learning disabilities. Like wearing blue, etc.
Two things I learned today. People with mini columns with longer connections are dyslexic. They see the bigger picture. Where as people with shorter connections are... autistic! The total opposite. Which is ironic because I married an autistic man.

Another thing I learned is that most brains are asymmetrical. Dyslexic brains are either asymmetrical the opposite way or totally symmetrical.

I hope one day I go on to do better things. I'm certainly creative where I lack reading skills.
